This Privacy Policy explains how BronKing (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the IELTS AI Coach mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

- Account Information: such as your email address, name (if provided), and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in (e.g., Google / Apple sign-in).

- Exam Content and Responses: your writing and speaking submissions, vocabulary progress, quiz results, and other learning activity data, which are used to provide feedback, scoring, and analytics.
- Device & Technical Data: such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and anonymous identifiers, collected to improve stability and performance.
- Payment & Subscription Information: certain subscription-related information (e.g., product IDs, renewal status) may be received from Apple to manage your access to premium features. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; these are processed by Apple.
- Optional Media: if you choose to upload a profile photo or speaking recordings, we may access your camera or photo library with your permission.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- Generate AI-based feedback, scores, and recommendations for your IELTS preparation.
- Manage your account and subscriptions, including premium access.
- Monitor app performance, fix bugs, and improve stability.
- Communicate with you about updates, changes, and important notices.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. Data Storage and Retention
We store your data on secure servers provided by trusted third-party service providers. We retain your data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in the “Your Rights and Choices” section.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following cases:
