About IELTS AI Coach

IELTS AI Coach is designed to help English learners prepare for the IELTS exam by providing instant feedback on Writing and Speaking and helping build stronger vocabulary.

Getting Started

  1. Download and install IELTS AI Coach from the App Store.
  2. Create an account or sign in if you already have one.
  3. Choose a Writing or Speaking task, follow the instructions, and submit your response.
  4. Review your band estimate, detailed feedback, and suggested vocabulary.
  5. Practice vocabulary and quizzes regularly to improve your score over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Does the app guarantee a specific IELTS band score?

No. The app provides AI-based estimates and learning support, but your real exam result depends on your overall English level and exam performance. IELTS is evaluated by human examiners and the app cannot guarantee any specific score.

2. Do I need an internet connection?

Yes. An active internet connection is required for submitting Writing and Speaking responses, receiving feedback, and syncing your data.

3. I did not receive feedback. What should I do?

Please check that you have a stable internet connection and that you are using the latest version of the app. If the issue continues, take a screenshot and email us at [email protected].

4. I changed my device. Can I restore my account?

Yes. Sign in with the same email/account you used before and your data will sync if available. If you have trouble accessing your account, contact us with the email you used to register.

Subscription & Billing

IELTS AI Coach may offer weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed by Apple via your Apple ID, and charges are handled by Apple, not directly by the developer.

How to manage or cancel your subscription (iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top to open your Apple ID settings.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and select IELTS AI Coach from the list.
  5. Choose the option to change, cancel, or manage your subscription.

Important: Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through your Apple ID settings to stop future charges.

Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple according to their policies. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com .

We take your privacy seriously. IELTS AI Coach uses your Writing and Speaking submissions only to provide feedback and improve your learning experience. We do not sell your personal data.
